The analysis of fractional intensity of fluorescence lifetime using phasor transformation was performed on RBCs after treatment with 5DAll and TB. Modeling of cell membranes in aqueous environment using CHARMM-GUI and Maestro.

showcases a snapshot of a synthetic heterogeneous lipid bilayer within a hydration box. This bilayer is composed of 45% cholesterol (RCSB: CHL1) and 55 mol% phospholipids. The phospholipids consist of approximately 29% phosphatidylcholines (RCSB: DPPC), 27% phosphatidylethanolamines (RCSB: DMPE), 25% sphingomyelins (RCSB: DSM), and 15% phosphatidylserines (RCSB: CER6), all generated using the CHARMM-GUI platform.
